Start with a real task
We follow an enquiry, booking or order from the first contact to completion. Together with the people doing the work, we identify what gets copied, what needs checking and where information is lost.
The result is a prioritised view of the workflow: which system owns each piece of information, which steps need human judgement and which can be simplified or automated.
Improve the steps that matter day to day
The solution may be a clearer web form, an integration between two systems or a small application for a recurring task. Existing tools are the starting point; we assess their capabilities and limits before proposing what to build.
- Enquiries that reach the right person with the right information.
- Bookings and confirmations with a clear status.
- Fewer manual transfers between forms, spreadsheets and business systems.
- Visible errors and an understandable way to handle exceptions.
Measure one task
Choose a measure before work begins, such as handling time per booking or the number of manual corrections. Try the change on a limited workflow and review it with staff. This gives you a basis for deciding whether the next step is worthwhile.
